This technique is designed to help you overcome obstacles that may stand in your way. It is vital that you follow this exercise as described to get good results. So here is the technique. Whenever you encounter some kind of obstacle in your path, realize first that you can overcome it. All you have to do is follow this three-step technique. You will then find the means to overcome it, and move closer to your goal. Step 1 – Address The Problem - Get into your deeply relaxed state and look at the obstacle in your path. Visualize the aspects of the obstacle from every angle. Step 2 – Prepare to Take Action – Visualize yourself taking action to overcome this obstacle. You do not need to be specific, just let your subconscious know through your visualization that you are taking action to overcome this obstacle. Simply visualize yourself doing something to solve the problem. Step 3 – Solution – Visualize yourself having overcome the obstacle with complete success. You have finally succeeded. See things completely resolved as you desire. Visualize how you want things to be after you have successfully overcome the obstacle and feel yourself moving towards this outcome. Be clear about how you want this to turn out, but also be flexible. Not everyone goes 100% as planned. When doing this exercise, do not expect answers immediately. It will take a short amount of time before your subconscious derives a solution. Be patient and always know that the problem is currently being solved. The solution may come in a dream, a daydream, or a sudden flash of insight. Or you may have some sort of inspiration into the solution from something that happened during your day. |
