Most of us have tried affirmations and see some results. My question is, how fast can affirmations rewire the brain into a new thinking/acting pattern?

For me, it takes about 45 days to feel confident and sure about something. How long does it take you? What do you do to speed things up?

i wouldn't know about actually rewiring the brain, but i do feel i think very differently after a month of visualization.

it just changes the way you perceive the world, you can feel it.
